IP68 waterproof type with many new USB connectors.
The lineup of CUI's USB connectors has been expanded, with the addition of 10 models, including IP68 waterproof USB Type-C products. The waterproof USB Type-C products range from USB 2.0 to USB 4.0, and we have also added cost-effective power-only USB Type-C options, as well as snap-pin Type A and Type B connectors.
Expansion of USB Type C connector lineup
Same Sky's lineup of USB Type C plugs and receptacles has expanded, adding 69 new models. In addition to USB 2.0 to USB 4.0, we offer reasonably priced power-only types and waterproof types ranging from IPX5 to IPX8, catering to all design requirements.
Power supply only USB Type C connector
The UJC-HP-3-SMT-TR USB Type C connector for power supply is a cost-effective model that reduces the number of pins for data transfer. It offers strong price competitiveness for applications that use the space-saving and easy-to-handle USB Type C connector solely for power supply.
Small USB (Type A) waterproof connector
A C3 size that is approximately 5mm smaller in diameter than the standard size (C4 size) so far. (Please refer to the product photo.)
A new 100W type has been introduced for the power supply-only USB Type C connector.
A new 100W 8-pin type has been added to the lineup of power-only USB Type C connectors, which significantly reduces costs by minimizing data transfer pins. (The conventional model is a 6-pin type that supports up to 60W, but the cost is even more advantageous.) It offers good cost performance for applications that require only power without data.
